1. Payment Policy

We offer multiple convenient payment methods to ensure a smooth checkout process:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay for your item in cash directly to our delivery personnel when it arrives at your doorstep.
  • Bank Transfer: Direct deposit to our corporate bank account.
  • Koko Installments: Split your payment into 3 interest-free installments via Koko. Link will be provided upon order confirmation.

When executing a Bank Transfer, you MUST use your unique Order ID as the payment reference or remark. Failure to include your Order ID will result in severe delays in verifying your payment and processing your order.

At MM Homes, we construct our furniture to last. We proudly stand behind the structural integrity of our products.

Comprehensive 1-Year Warranty

Our standard 1-year warranty specifically covers major structural and mechanical components against manufacturing defects under normal, intended use. This covers:

What is NOT Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear of upholstery materials (PU Leather, Mesh, Fabric).
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or improper assembly by the customer.
  • Fading, piling, or discoloration of materials over time.

3. Delivery & Returns

We offer island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka. Delivery times may vary based on your location and current logistical conditions. Once an order is handed over to our delivery partners, we will provide tracking details if applicable.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect identified immediately upon delivery. Please inspect your item thoroughly upon receipt. If a defect is found, contact our support team at 0741577884 within 24 hours.
